Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, BabyNook products are baby care items. Once the product box has been opened, the item can no longer be returned or refunded.

Unopened items

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Lost packages

Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped free of charge if lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
